These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Member") and 4dapp (hereinafter "4dapp", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino, sports betting, and gaming services accessible at https://4dapp.cam and any related subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

| "Responsible Gambling Tools" | Platform features including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion. |
| "Prohibited Activity" | Any conduct expressly prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse. |
Your use of the 4dapp Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) completion of the account registration form; (b) the first login to an existing Account; or (c) the placement of any wager or the making of any deposit.
These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the User and 4dapp with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with information provided in promotional material, the Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated summary, the English version shall take precedence.
To register for and use an Account on 4dapp, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
4dapp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Bonus Credits.
Underage Gambling: Registration or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Any Account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately, all funds returned (less any winnings derived from bonus play), and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 4dapp Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to update your profile information promptly if it changes.
Before processing any withdrawal, or at any time 4dapp deems appropriate, we may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit:
4dapp reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. Documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers, deposits, and withdrawals — will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify 4dapp of unauthorised access immediately upon becoming aware of it.
4dapp will never contact you via email, SMS, or live chat to request your password or PIN. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.
4dapp supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. Deposits via FPX bank transfer may take between 5 and 15 minutes. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and 2 business hours. Withdrawals submitted during system maintenance windows or public holidays in Malaysia may experience delays.
4dapp does not charge deposit fees. Third-party fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor are your responsibility and are not within 4dapp's control.
Anti-Money Laundering: In accordance with applicable AML obligations, 4dapp may require funds to be returned to the original deposit source before alternative withdrawal methods are permitted. Unusually large or structured deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional credits offered by 4dapp are subject to specific promotion terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 35x wagering requirement and a value of RM100 requires total wagers of RM3,500 to be placed before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage, hedging bets, or any other strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses — constitutes Prohibited Activity under Section 9 and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All games available on the 4dapp Platform are powered by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer streams from licensed studio providers. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error affecting a game outcome or odds display, 4dapp reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Member's Account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies to all games on the Platform.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are offered at odds determined by 4dapp. Odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. In-play (live) odds change in real time and are confirmed at the time of stake placement.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 4dapp reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts, markets, or games without prior notice.
Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with 4dapp's customer support team within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 4dapp's decision on disputed outcomes is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4dapp Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:
4dapp reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict any Account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect Prohibited Activity, fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or a breach of these Terms. During suspension, the Member will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw.
Following investigation, 4dapp may permanently close an Account. Upon termination for cause (including confirmed Prohibited Activity), any balance of real-money funds will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in whole or in part. Bonus Credits will be forfeited in all termination scenarios.
Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting 4dapp's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credits and any funds under investigation) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion via the Responsible Gambling section of their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. See our Responsible Gambling Policy for full details.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dapp's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in the Member's Account at the time the claim arises.

All content on the 4dapp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and game content — is the property of 4dapp or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of 4dapp or their respective owners. Unauthorised use of any marks is strictly prohibited.
4dapp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, game history, and device/browser information. This data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services.
4dapp does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors (including those facilitating Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX transactions), KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree that any disputes related to your use of the 4dapp Platform shall first be addressed through 4dapp's internal complaints resolution process.
If you have a complaint about the Platform or a specific transaction, please contact 4dapp's customer support team in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days. Complex matters may take longer, and you will be kept informed of progress.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4dapp with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
